1A Santa Fe founder, Heidi Li Feldman, today offered her assistance, pro bono, to the City of Santa Fe, to help bring the City’s street use policies and practices into compliance with the New Mexico and United States constitutions guarantees of free speech and expression, freedom of association, and freedom of peaceable assembly. Mayor Mike Garcia replied that he is actively working on this.
